Director, Sharon Windfrey

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor committed to helping the helper. I find that those who are always there for everyone else often tend to neglect themselves.

My goals are to offer you the opportunity to identify challenges, as well as develop and implement goals for the future.

I am trained and well-acquainted with working with those who have experienced a multitude of challenges. I believe in taking a collaborative approach by employing various treatment modalities.

If you are interested in working with me, please feel free to call.

I also offer supervision to Limited Licensed Professional Counselors.

I am a School Social Worker with over 25 years of experience. I am currently working on my Doctoral Degree in Education. My life's passion is addressing the needs of and providing guidance to children, adolescents, and young adults.

Life stressors and trauma affects everyone and assisting others through the healing process is an honor. My goal is to help others be the best version of themselves. Social Work is truly a calling and I humbly answered the call.

It would be my pleasure to serve you!

I love working with children. My personal belief is, "Just because they are young, doesn't mean they aren't facing giants!" My overall goal is to help children and adolescents become aware of their voice, their worth, and their purpose.

My counseling experience is rooted in working with youth ages 4-18. I provide support to this age group by using methods that help build self-regulatory skills, promote self-awareness and self-love, develop growth-mindsets, tools to build resilience from traumatic experiences, and coping skills to help change maladaptive behaviors.

I have over 20 years of experience as a fully licensed clinical social worker. My focus is to provide therapy for individuals, couples, those experiencing grief/loss, those struggling with substance abuse, and those recovering from trauma. I am a compassionate person who offers a safe space to be transparent. My therapeutic approach is reflective - “speaking emotions.” I guide clients to unveil painful experiences so they can grow emotionally and spiritually and heal. Furthermore, I help with reconnecting and developing healthy interpersonal relationships. No matter where you are, my desire is to help you work through your challenges toward healing.

Give me a call @ 1-888-492-9386. I am here to help! because your life is worth my time.
