Annette M. Wells

LLMSW-C, CFTP

I graduated from the University of Southern California school of Social Work with a degree in Adult Mental Health and Wellness. I have experience providing counseling to adults, and families who have experienced loss, change, trauma or infidelity. I will help you to focus on your positive strengths to come up with solutions rather than focus on problems.

I utilize a person-centered, holistic approach to wellness by incorporating a mind/body/spiritual approach to better mental health. If you are tired of struggling alone, if you have been stuck in the same cycle of depression and despair, schedule an appointment today to begin living your best life.

I love working with children. My personal belief is, "Just because they are young, doesn't mean they aren't facing giants!" My overall goal is to help children and adolescents become aware of their voice, their worth, and their purpose.

My counseling experience is rooted in working with youth ages 4-18. I provide support to this age group by using methods that help build self-regulatory skills, promote self-awareness and self-love, develop growth-mindsets, tools to build resilience from traumatic experiences, and coping skills to help change maladaptive behaviors.
